Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GenLead (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GenLead is a multi-tenant lead management platform that provides companies with their own branded workspace to capture, manage, track, and convert leads. The Service includes lead management, reporting, team management, messaging, and payment features.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. Company Workspaces

Each company account receives a dedicated subdomain (e.g., yourcompany.genlead.today). You agree not to:

Use a subdomain that infringes on trademarks or intellectual property
Impersonate another business or individual
Use the workspace for any illegal activity

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you input into GenLead, including leads, contacts, templates, and messages. We do not claim ownership of your data. We store and process your data solely to provide the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to send unsolicited messages (spam)
Attempt to access other companies' data or workspaces
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

7. Payment Terms

If your account includes a paid subscription:

Payments are processed securely through Stripe
Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected by the platform administrator
Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of your subscription
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

8. Messaging Services

If you use SMS, WhatsApp, or email features:

You are responsible for complying with applicable messaging laws (e.g., GDPR, PECR, TCPA)
You must have consent from recipients before sending marketing messages
We are not responsible for message delivery failures caused by third-party providers
Standard messaging rates from third-party providers (Vonage, Twilio) apply

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GenLead shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GenLead, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required by law to retain it.

13. Intellectual Property

The GenLead platform, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of GenLead. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes.
